The hotel is in a great location right on the Okaido covered shopping mall, and our room was spacious with complimentary drinks, beautiful artwork, and two twin beds.

I had a GREAT stay in a long time. It was an exceptionally comfortable and charming hotel, nesteled in an elegant building. Comforts of nice styled and spacious room with massage chairs were fabulous. Btw, the airport was 10 km away.

It was an absolutely charming hotel in a central area, so close to Okaido shopping Centre n tram station and the tram route for Dogo Onsen, about 10 minutes away. Our room was new-fashioned and wonderful with the sink in the entrance hallway and free drinks and 2 twin beds. Everything here was great: D

Clean hotel in the middle of Matsuyama. the location is marvelous, close to the castle area, shops, and restaurants. - Double room with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, and a Queen bed provides comfort.

The room was good sized and beautifully designed on lower floors. I had a good night's sleep. The hotel has a very central location close to a restored feudal castle. It is set near bars and restaurants, which is a plus.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the heart of downtown Matsuyama. Dormy Inn provided us with helpful reception, clean and quiet rooms, and a fantastic location on the Okaido Shopping mall. the highlight for us was the indoor/outdoor onsen, which was open overnight. We also appreciated the convenient access to laundry facilities and the proximity to various attractions such as Okaido St, Ropeway St, and Matsuyama castle tramway. It was so easy to explore Matsuyama on foot or by tram. Cons: No issues whatsoever 👍.
